Are you looking for a sales director role at a growing company with limitless potential?
We are looking for a motivated sales director to build out and grow our sales process and team. Duties of the sales director include working with leadership to evaluate sales processes/methodologies and pivoting/adjusting the processes to yield more results. The director will be very hands-on and is expected to perform the processes they build to prove out the concepts and grow the company. Additionally, as the company grows, the director will be responsible for hiring, training, and managing a sales team in multiple markets. The ideal candidate should not only have a proven sales track record,
but also have built a sales program from scratch, or made significant improvements to an existing program . If you have previous experience in building and managing sales programs, especially in the real estate or digital marketing sales space, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, a successful sales director will build out the processes and team necessary to grow our footprint in the DFW, other Texas markets, and beyond.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate existing sales processes and suggest changes and improvements
Be willing to get in the weeds to test new sales processes and procedures
Hire, train, and coach new sales reps
Diligently track key performance indicators both for the entire department and individual sales reps
Personally generate new business and manage select key accounts
Become knowledgeable about the real estate market and marketing tools
Requirements:
1-3 years of outbound sales experience
Experience managing and leading a sales team
Experience in developing and building out a sales process
Willing to travel as needed to other markets to hire, train, and coach new sales reps

Frequently Asked Questions:
Compensation: $75,000 - $125,000 Base + commission.
Is this a remote position? The position is based out of our Dallas location. You must live in Dallas and come into the office when not visiting/meeting clients. The right person for this position wants to be around people and loves to connect with clients and coworkers.
