Job Description:POSITION SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Radiology Director/Manager and/orLead Technologist the Nuclear Medicine Technologist will perform all NuclearMedicine duties as well as other related duties as needed to facilitateworkflow and promote health care. The Nuclear Medicine Technologists willoperate Nuclear Medicine equipment in a safe and competent manner to producequality diagnostic images as directed by physicians according to establishedstandards and protocols.EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE: Formal AMA-approved educational program with certification.Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with patients, visitors, andstaffAble to follow departments procedures and operate complex computerizedequipmentAbility to work with minimal or no supervision and take rotating calls onevening and weekends.
