ID: 50890893 Shift: Days, M-F 7-330 Description: POSITION SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Radiology Director/Manager and/or Lead Technologist the Nuclear Medicine Technologist will perform all Nuclear Medicine duties as well as other related duties as needed to facilitate workflow and promote health care. The Nuclear Medicine Technologists will operate Nuclear Medicine equipment in a safe and competent manner to produce quality diagnostic images as directed by physicians according to established standards and protocols.EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE: Formal AMA-approved educational program with certification.Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with patients, visitors, and staffAble to follow department s procedures and operate complex computerized equipmentAbility to work with minimal or no supervision and take rotating calls on evening and weekends.
