Ottobock North America is in search of a Performance Marketing Manager to join our team in Austin, Texas (hybrid work schedule)

This position will mainly support our Patient Care and Healthcare divisions, and be responsible for defining, developing, and deploying online and offline marketing and advertising campaigns to drive interactions, brand awareness, customer and patient leads, and grow our patient care footprint in North America. Once campaigns are launched, the Performance Marketing Manager will monitor the progress and success, while ensuring that activations remain on budget and generate the intended ROI.

Duties & Responsibilities

End to end management of performance marketing activities across Paid Social channels in our B2B and B2C channels (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc)

Supporting performance marketing activities across additional channels such as Paid Search and working closely with our global media agency to implement, optimize and report on performance

Monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven insights to improve outlined KPIs

Collaborate with global marketing managers to ensure alignment on brand and global campaigns

Plan media placements with product marketers to ensure ads are optimized to editorial calendars and industry activity

Understand SEM implications for both patient care and product business and report on KPIs

Work closely with the wider marketing team to optimize audience strategies.

Execute eMail Marketing Campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and monitor performance

Close collaboration with Website and CRM manager to align our digital funnel to maximize conversion on our campaign activities such as driving product trials, information requests, and clinic enquiries

Ensure efficient budget spend across performance marketing channels

Report on KPIs of all media activities

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of advertising, performance marketing or digital marketing experience in health care or related industry.

Performance media (SEM and Social) strategy experience

Strong campaign planning and execution skills and proven ability to leverage audience engagement to drive measurable conversion impact

Strong content creation skills and creative mindset

Working experience with website analytics (mainly Google analytics)

Excellent understanding of social media advertising across major platforms (Google, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter)

Ability to weigh competing priorities, manage tradeoffs, and evaluate opportunistic ideas against potential business impact.

Demonstrates a strong ownership mentality and aptitude for deeply understanding an audience, market, or landscape.
