If you are passionate about changing people’s lives for the better, we’d love to hear from you.Main duties of the jobThis role will provide counselling and support to a nominated caseload of individuals currently within WithYou, ensuring a safe, confidential, and encouraging therapeutic environment.You will use your skills and experience to support people in exploring feelings and emotions, facilitating reflection, and improving access to appropriate services for service users with substance misuse issues.Assist in the delivery of an integrated service through recovery planning, appropriate referral, support, care coordination, and psychosocial interventions.Develop and disseminate information and give advice on psychological wellbeing in both group and one-to-one settings.Work with colleagues in the Quality and Clinical Governance and the Knowledge Management teams to ensure best practices are shared and management information is available.Develop and build strong and positive relationships with key stakeholders to ensure continuity of service.
