As a Preschool Teacher at the OFJCC Leslie Family Preschool you will create and implement programs and promote learning in a licensed, Reggio-inspired, play-based, constructivist preschool program serving children ages 18 months to 5 years in accordance with our guiding principles and values.Who are you?Available weekdays 12:00pm-6:00pm.12 or more ECE units (AA and/or BA degree in ECE or related field & teacher permit preferred).At least 1 year of experience working with children in a licensed child care/educational environment.Knowledge of Constructivist/Reggio Emilia Approach to teaching and learning desirable.Flexible and enthusiastic. Love what you do.Friendly, warm and nurturing. Be a nice person & work well in a team.Have some interesting interests or skills... cooking, dancing, music, woodworking, juggling, origami, etc.Write well and be comfortable speaking to parents.Think teachers are heroes and children will save the world.Willing to do diaper changing and changing children’s clothes when needed.If interested and qualified, please send cover letter and resume to
