Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards.Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures are followed.Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food production.Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following food safety guidelines.Adhere to portion control and presentation guidelines to ensure consistency.Assist in inventory management and stock rotation to minimize waste.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.Excellent time management skills to ensure timely and efficient food preparation.Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations, with a focus on maintaining a clean and organized work area.Who We Are:It all began with a simple question — what would a modern pub look like today if it were designed around the idea of inclusivity?
