As the leader in this domain, you will spearhead efforts to identify cutting-edge tools and technologies that enhance the experience for both their authors and consumers.Net-new position responsible for shaping and executing Inkitt's AI strategyRecruit and inspire a team of AI professionals aligned on a singular goal of using cutting-edge technology to entertainContinually surface new opportunities to harness the rapid evolution of LLMs, Generative AI and other emerging toolsCollaborate with Product and Engineering teams to integrate AI-powered experiences into our consumer applicationsOversee the data management strategy, ensuring the quality and accessibility of data for AI applicationsFoster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the AI teamEstablish thought leadership by deep industry participation via networking, speaking engagements and publicationsEnsure compliance with ethical AI practices and data privacy regulationsWhat You'll Bring:

Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of industry experience in Artificial Intelligence/Machine LearningStrong leadership skills with experience in managing and growing AI teamsExpertise in Generative AI as well as traditional Machine Learning and EngineeringCombination of deep technical skills and business savvy to interface with all stakeholders directlyValues "time to impact" and is oriented towards delivering on an (MVP) with a mindset of iterative improvementProduct-minded individual who comprehensively understands how to leverage a platform approach to AI implementation, strategically aligning technology with business objectives to deliver innovative solutions that enhance the user experiencePassion for innovation and a deep understanding of the digital media landscapeWhat We'll Offer:
