The Finance Business Partner will collaborate with the Integrated Project Teams (IPTs) to baseline project financials. Establish overall labor, material, and management reserve targets from the awarded contracts that are aligned with financial objectives. Develop and maintain reporting, analysis, and recommendations to program managers to effectively manage the project health.Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:Assists in planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and evaluating the work of personnel in charge of IPTs;Prepare budgets/forecasts, trackers, and reports of various contract types, size, and complexity.Develop and maintain Estimates at Completion (EACs): conduct cost, schedule, and contract performance variance analysis.Review and assess all contract modifications. Advise the program management team of impacts as necessary.Identify project risks and opportunities and provide analytical contributions in working resolution with program management, contracts, procurement, and finance/accounting.Monitor billing status and unbilled issues, working with Finance, Contracts, Accounting, and PMO to resolve issues promptly.Confirm program revenue and profit is recorded in compliance with the EAC, including company financial policies and directives.Support and participate in program reviews.Evaluate project impact for periodic rate changes.Maintain control of documents and records to serve as a reference for future inquiries or audits.Support internal and external financial audit requests as required.Perform other duties as required.The Individual

Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Ability to interact with engineering, operations, and executive-level management.Advanced in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIF, graphs, etc.) and working knowledge of Business Intelligence systems to support reporting and analysis.Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to process and analyze large volumes of data in Excel and consolidate them into management-level reports.Complete understanding of financial analysis such as Return on Sales (ROS), Return on Costs (ROC), revenue and profit forecasts, as well as the preparation of program baseline data, EAC development, and cost estimating/pricing.Knowledge of general and corporate business practices, government contracting regulations and principles, and accounting and finance principles.Versed in the entire life cycle of a program, from proposal development through contract close out.Strong organizational and communication skills; the ability to perform effectively within deadlines.Experience:

10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (aerospace/defense industry preferred).Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance, Economics or equivalent required.Security:

U.S. Person required (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident). May be required to obtain a security clearance.
