Litigation Attorney

A law firm in San Diego is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 2-5 years of experience and membership in the California Bar. The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in drafting complex pleadings, conducting legal research and analysis, and handling discovery in high-stakes actions.Duties:Draft complex pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.Conduct legal research and analysis on various litigation matters.Handle discovery processes, including document requests, depositions, and interrogatories.Represent clients in court hearings, arbitrations, and other proceedings.Develop case strategies and provide legal counsel to clients.Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.Maintain organized case files and documentation.Advocate for clients' interests diligently and ethically.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.2-5 years of litigation experience.Member of the California Bar in good standing.Proficiency in drafting complex pleadings and conducting legal research and analysis.Ability to handle discovery in high-stakes actions.Detail-oriented and strategic thinker.Commitment to representing clients diligently.
