contractors, construction trades, labor crews to work in unity in order to ensure quality and construction progress according to the project Master Schedule.
The Project Superintendent will have proven construction experience as a Superintendent, a history of leading, teaching, and mentoring others successfully, and the ability to thoroughly understand and follow plans, project specifications, design documents, code requirements and other similar construction activities.COMPANY OVERVIEW:Founded in 1979, Lemartec is a national General Contractor / Construction Management Firm, and MasTec's Vertical construction arm. Responsibilities
Permit document administration and controlComplete review and understanding of subcontractor's scope of workCoordinate safety meetings and overall responsibility for project safetyControl project access and trafficTool/equipment inventory, coordination and rentalCoordinate, schedule and maintain records of all project testing and certificates including concrete and soil testingCoordinate with PM, PCM and PFE daily regarding project progress, S/C performance, QA/QC and reportingComplete "3-week look ahead schedule" and update master schedule with PCMComplete Daily Log Reports (Procore)Maintain "As Built" drawings for final submittalCoordinate and schedule project inspectionsFinal inspection and proper close-out documentationQuality control of installed materials and EquipmentSite layout and control of benchmarks
Qualifications
