We are currently seeking a Senior Vice President, Regional Director - Wealth Management to join our team.

The SVP, Regional Director - Wealth Management Group will assist the Company and its affiliates with their sales and marketing efforts within the wealth management channel. This position will have geographic emphasis on the mountain states portion of the US including CO, UT, NM, WY, ID, and MT.

What You Will Do:

Implement a territory sales and service strategy with the primary objective to increase sales of Aristotle's investment strategies.Coverage will be specific to broker dealers with an emphasis on Wirehouse.Manage multi state territory with objective of maintaining a high level of client service while simultaneously growing territory assets.Ability to discuss multiple investment solutions across different asset classes.Travel as needed to effectively raise assets.What You Will Need:

10+ years of relevant financial-services industry work experience: requiredPrior experience as an internal and external sales professional: requiredSolid, consistent, and progressive work history: requiredBachelor's degree from accredited college or university and strong academic background: requiredAdvanced/Master's degree or professional certificate (CFA, CFP, MBA): desiredSeries 7: requiredSeries 63 or 66: requiredClean U4/5: requiredExisting relationships primarily within the Wirehouse - Wealth Management channels: highly desiredWorking knowledge of SMA, UMA, mutual funds: requiredProactive phone work: requiredProven track record of success in managing multi state, multi strategy sales territory: requiredFace-to-face client meetings/presentations skills and experience: requiredKnowledge driven consultative sales process: requiredFamiliarity with Salesforce, Discovery Database: desiredWhat We Have to Offer:

Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual's qualifications, relevant experience, knowledge, skills, education, internal equity, and physical work location within the state.
