The Associate Director of International Strategy and Operations will be responsible for market expansion in Canada and emerging markets.This role involves leading the creation and implementation of go-to-market strategies across all channels, including e-commerce, retail, and wholesale.Conducting in-depth market research to identify trends and understand the competitive landscape is a key responsibility.The candidate will manage and optimize the P&L for the Canadian business, ensuring revenue growth and profitability targets are met.Collaboration with channel leads, brand marketing, merchandising, and operations teams is essential to ensure alignment of go-to-market plans.The role includes overseeing the performance of all sales channels and providing regular updates to leadership.The candidate will work alongside the brand marketing team to identify opportunities for brand expansion and new market entry.Initiatives to improve the customer experience across all touchpoints will be led by the Associate Director.Minimum Qualifications
