Qualifications2-4 years of experience in trusts and estates lawAdmitted to the North Carolina State BarProficiency in drafting estate planning documents (wills, trusts, etc.)In-depth knowledge of federal estate and gift tax lawsExperience with estate administration and tax planning for partnerships and corporations is preferredStrong research, writing, and presentation skillsExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaborativelyWhy is This a Great Opportunity:
