to join their nationally and internationally-recognized Private Wealth team within the Corporate & Securities Practice Group. The position is primarily based in
North Carolina , with a strong preference for the
Charlotte
office. They are also open to reviewing candidates in
South Carolina .The Trusts & Estates Associate will engage in a sophisticated practice, serving ultra-high net worth clients. Responsibilities include:Drafting estate planning documents and probate forms, including accountings required by the probate court.Handling estate administration tasks.Drafting irrevocable trusts, investment partnerships (LLCs), and advanced transfer strategies.Supporting a practice that values precision and strategic planning.The successful attorney must possess:3-6 years of experience
in estate planning and/or estate administration.Experience in drafting relevant legal documents and forms.A willingness to learn and expand knowledge in related areas of law.Licensure in North Carolina and/or South Carolina
