Top performers can earn $200,00K+ in year 2. Sales Executives have the opportunity to advance to senior-level positions within 12 months and can achieve director-level promotions within 18 months. Directors will lead and manage a team of 4 Business Developers, ensuring clear promotion pathways for both individual contributors and future leaders/managers.
