As Drive continues to grow we are looking for a passionate Sales Trainer, to effectively run new hire onboarding and continuously educate our current sales teams. As a Sales Trainer you will be responsible for developing and delivering training that equip Business Developers to be successful.

Motivating and inspiring our team during their training program. During this program, you will cover essential competencies such as prospecting, cold calling, and mastering our initial demo script. You will be responsible for managing this group, conducting all training sessions, and providing one-on-one guidance to ensure Business Developers meet specific performance metrics.

Responsibilities:

Provide initial sales onboarding and continuous support to help new hires quickly ramp upConduct effective trainings on prospecting, lead management, and cold callingCoach Business Developers based on data on daily, weekly and monthly KPIsEdit, modify, and create onboarding and training materials as needed, while remaining open to continuous improvementDevelop personalized training plans to address individual weaknesses and increase performance from failing Business DevelopersTrack and report to leadership on the effectiveness of new hires and Business Developers in their marketsMaintain a productive sales floor, winning culture, and daily structure for Business Developers through accountability, relationship building, and dataCollaborate with sales leadership to analyze and refine sales strategy is aligned to bottom lineManage Business Developer's day to day to ensure micro actions lead to macro resultsWork cross functionally to train Account Management teams on how to upsell current account and provide sales focused customer serviceRequirements:

Previous successful experience in sales, with a strong emphasis on cold calling - Should not be afraid to hop on the phones and lead by example!!Previous management experience, especially with early career sales talentExceptional relationship-building skills to motivate teams towards their goalsStrong reporting and data analysis skills to quickly assess challenges and winsExcellent project management skills, attention to detail and the ability thinking proactivelyAbility to handle tough conversations, conduct terminations, and address concerns while maintaining empathyExceptional discipline and work ethic, with a strong commitment to follow throughThe ability to work independently while effectively managing time between proactive actions and responsibilities in a dynamic work environmentYou'll Really Stand Out if You Have...
