You will provide our clients specialist knowledge and account management, facilitating the successful usage of our technology/application to best meet their needs while communicating functional value to client businesses. You will also be involved in educating our internal and external customers on our products and applications through presentations, storytelling, and demonstrations.ResponsibilitiesExpert level knowledge of Oracle CrowdTwist.Own client relationship, align to client KPIs from launch through ongoing program management.Collaborate with product, strategy, and solutions architects to inform the CrowdTwist product roadmap as the voice of our clients.Support client-facing product initiatives through communication and testing.Deliver high-level business reviews and optimization recommendations.Analyze client’s usage of the CrowdTwist platform and align to strategic recommendations.Partner with sales on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.Clearly articulate the benefits of Oracle CrowdTwist to all levels including line of business end users, managers, and 'C' level executives.Provide input to, and gather insight from, other cross-functional departments pertaining to prospect requests and product enhancements as needed.Disclaimer:
