Join a team that is embodied by an unwavering commitment to professionalism, honesty, and innovation.Threat Tec is seeking an experienced Identity Support Management (ISM) Coordinator to oversee and manage the SOCPAC ISM Program. The ISMC will be responsible for planning, coordination, and deconfliction of all aspects related to ISM development, support plans, and activities to ensure the protection of sensitive information from adversaries.

Key Responsibilities

Program Oversight:

Provide oversight and management of the SOCPAC ISM Program, ensuring compliance with USSOCOM, USINDOPACOM, and Joint Staff regulations and policies.Assessment and Development:

Conduct ISM assessments to develop concepts for protecting sensitive information and implementing mitigation mechanisms to reduce mission and force risk.Coordination:

Serve as the focal point for planning and coordination with USSOCOM Enterprise, USINDOPACOM J2X/J3X, USINDOPACOM Service Components, and the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA).Documentation:

Develop and staff concepts, plans, orders, memorandums, briefings, and other documents required for submission to relevant agencies for approval and execution.Battle Rhythm Management:

Establish and maintain battle rhythm events with SOCPAC, USSOCOM, USINDOPACOM, DIA, and Interagency Partners to review ISM plans, policies, and strategies.System Maintenance:

Manage access to and maintenance of USSOCOM-mandated ISM systems of record, including financial management systems.Training and Representation:

Attend conferences, work groups, and forums to discuss ISM best practices, review case studies, and provide recommendations. Represent SOCPAC equities related to ISM.Policy Development:

Develop SOCPAC ISM policy and staff for approval, ensuring compliance with Inspector General (IG) requirements and USSOCOM reporting obligations.Subject Matter Expertise:

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for the SOCPAC ISM Program, conducting briefings, staff assistance visits, and operational planning support.Requirements Review:

Review ISM support requirements for USINDOPACOM Augmentation Team (PAT), Special Operations Task Force (SOTF), Joint SOTF, and Joint Task Force (JTF).Program Objectives:

Develop and assess SOCPAC ISM Program objectives, effects, and end state, including measures of performance and effectiveness.Measurable Skills and Qualifications

TS//SCI security clearance required.Proven experience in ISM program management, including planning, coordination, and documentation.Strong knowledge of USSOCOM, USINDOPACOM, and Joint Staff regulations and policies related to ISM.Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to develop policy, staff documents, and reports.Experience with USSOCOM-mandated systems and financial management systems.Ability to represent SOCPAC equities and provide expert recommendations in various forums.Familiarity with web-based applications for ISM program management.
