Join a team that is embodied by an unwavering commitment to professionalism, honesty, and innovation.Threat Tec is seeking a highly skilled Intel Operational Planner to join our team on the Special Operations Force Core Support (SCS) IDIQ. This position will focus on supporting operational planning and analysis, including joint intelligence preparation of the environment (JIPOE) and enemy course of action (ECOA) development. The ideal candidate will provide deep regional expertise across political, military, economic, social, infrastructure, and information (PMESII) domains. As an Intel Operational Planner, you will be fully integrated into the command, supporting the development of SOCPAC’s Supporting Plans to Combatant Command (CCMD) Operational Plans (OPLANs), Concept Plans (CONPLANs), Base Plans (BPlans); SOCPAC Commander’s Estimates, Crisis Planning, Strategy, and Campaign Support Plan (CSP). You will also synchronize and coordinate with regional/country desk officers, forward-deployed personnel, planners, and interagency partners.Key Responsibilities

Provide intelligence support and input to OPLANs/CONPLANs, MICON, CONOPs, Annex B, and crisis development at strategic, operational, and tactical levels.Coordinate and collaborate with USINDOPACOM, USINDOPACOM service components, USSOCOM, U.S. Forces Korea (USFK), U.S. Forces Japan (USFJ), and Special Operations Command Korea (SOCKOR) for SOF intel requirements to inform SOCPAC’s supporting plans.Participate in OPLAN and CONPLAN-related war games, Joint Planning Groups (JPGs), crisis action planning teams, exercises, conferences, and other efforts, as required.Conduct in-depth research using classified and unclassified data sources to locate and analyze available intelligence in support of SOCPAC requirements.CONUS and OCONUS travel may be required.Required Skills/Qualifications

Current DoD Top Secret clearance and eligible for SCI access.Preferred Requirements

Experience providing intel support to SOF units/commands.Completion of Intel Planning Course I/II.Travel
