Join a team that is embodied by an unwavering commitment to professionalism, honesty, and innovation.Threat Tec is seeking a highly qualified Intel Exercise / Engagement Planner for our Special Operations Force Core Support (SCS) IDIQ program. This dual-role position will involve supporting both exercise planning and engagement strategy development. The successful candidate will be integral to both planning and executing intelligence training objectives and engagement events, while coordinating with various stakeholders within the command and external organizations.Key Responsibilities: Exercise Planning and Coordination

Plan, coordinate, and execute SOCPAC and component intelligence participation in assigned USINDOPACOM, JCS, and Service exercises.Manage exercise development in conjunction with USINDOPACOM and component planners and participants, ensuring that training objectives meet SOCPAC SOJ2 JMETL requirements.Ensure that SOCPAC and component exercises inform the Defense Readiness Reporting System and incorporate the Joint Lessons Learned system.Develop realistic threat scenarios using best practices from DoD and other agencies.Coordinate exercise criteria to test and stress the command’s intelligence and training objectives.Consolidate and draft After Action Reports (AARs) related to training objectives, corrections, and Courses of Action (COAs).CONUS and OCONUS travel may be required.Engagement Planning:

Develop, synchronize, execute, and track SOCPAC’s capacity-building multinational engagements, including subject matter expert exchanges (SMEEs) and key leader engagements (KLEs).Conduct all-source research and assessments on countries in the Indo-Pacific to identify challenges and develop recommendations in collaboration with SOCPAC Intelligence SMEEs.Develop talking points and information papers to support COMSOCPAC and SOCPAC SOJ2 KLEs with senior U.S. and foreign military and civilian leaders.CONUS and OCONUS travel may be required.Skills/Qualifications Required

Current DoD Top Secret clearance and eligible for SCI access.Familiarity with civil-military operations, humanitarian assistance/disaster response, and peacekeeping operations.Preferred Qualifications

Experience providing intel support to SOF units/commands.Prior experience as an exercise planner with the Department of Defense.Travel
