We are currently seeking a Manager, Compensation to provide detailed analytics, transforming data into valuable insights, revealing patterns, trends and opportunities.
The Manager, Compensation is responsible for ongoing benchmarking and reporting, management of the annual reward process, ensuring governmental compliance, and providing analytical and other support for our Business Development/M&A activity.
Duties include, but are not limited to :
Manage the daily activities of compensation including ensuring compliance to policies and guidelines, and providing training and support to HR Business Partners, leadership, and people managers as needed
Partner with Finance on monthly, quarterly and annual compensation financial planning, budget review and analysis
Participate in and organize data from compensation surveys to support ongoing competitive and cost-effective programs
Evaluate job content and assign accurate FLSA status; ensuring all federal and state requirements are met
Keep apprised of regulatory updates and changes impacting compensation to ensure Company compliance
Lead annual reward planning process
Manage all acquisition (pre & post) compensation activity, ensuring smooth transition for new employees into the PetVet compensation programs
Provide ad hoc Doctor Pay support; ensuring we continue to improve accuracy of Doctor pay programs

The Successful Candidate will have:
Minimum 5 years of related experience in compensation or financial analysis role
Strong analytical and process improvement skills, Advanced Excel skills a must
Results focused; Roll up your sleeves attitude; Strong team player
Excited to build, develop and implement; can work in grey space
Ability to communicate, lead and influence
Experience in administering compensation programs for salaried & hourly employees; managing compensation in healthcare or veterinary field a plus
Dayforce experience a plus
