Who We Are:Our client is the leading property management company in Oregon and Washington for manufactured housing communities. Since 1984, they have been a leader in multi-family property management and currently service a large and diverse portfolio of properties throughout the Pacific Northwest.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and implement financial goals, policies, and procedures.Prepare financial statements and reports.Reconcile income and resolve discrepancies.Handle property operations, including deposits and bills, and manage cash flow.Collaborate on budgets, internal audits, and maintain financial records.Approve transactions, reconcile statements, and assist with tax returns and training.

What You Need to Have:The Musts:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, or 1-4 years equivalent experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Adobe.Good to excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proven skills in data collection, workflow design, and procedure development.Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.Proven ability to handle multiple priorities, adapt to changes, and remain professional.Preferred:
