As a member of the Consulting organization, you are responsible for ensuring that quality solution learning content is delivered in a timely manner, at budget, and to our customer's satisfaction. This involves working closely with the Learning Instructors to understand and manage the customer's expectations.Senior Knowledge Leader Responsibilities

Provide domain, implementation approach, and workflow design expertiseAuthor and develop associate-facing content leveraging technical and methodology documentationEducate associates to appropriately leverage methodology and standard recommendationsConsult with cross-functional internal stakeholders to identify priorities for standard content enhancements, process improvements, methodology updates, and resulting client impactsManage issues logged via problem management processExecute process improvement strategiesWilling to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulationsWork in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of positionPerform other responsibilities as assignedProvide engagement delivery services both as an individual and as a team member. Has subject matter knowledge of relevant solution responsibility. Has database, core applications and web technology knowledge. Has specific experience in implementing or supporting Oracle Cerner solutions and in systems integrations.Disclaimer

US: Hiring Range: from $78,700 to $158,200 per annum.
