Job Title: Senior Solar PV CAD Designer
Location: Gloucester
Pay Range/details: £37,000 per annum
Contract Type: Permanent
Omega are supporting the one of the largest electrical and solar installers in the UK in their search for a Solar PV CAD Designer to support the design team, ensuring our installers and clients have access to accurate Solar designs.
Key Responsibilities – Senior Solar PV CAD Designer
Overseeing a minimum team of two (CAD designer and Design Administrator).
Providing technical CAD support to other members of the team.
Liaising with clients to understand their requirements and design briefs.
Building and maintaining client relationships.
Managing multiple projects and assigning projects to designers.
Reviewing designs prior to issuing for installation.
Ensuring projects are prioritised to meet tight deadlines.
Creating solar PV designs using AutoCAD as and when needed.
Qualifications & Requirements – Senior Solar PV CAD Designer
Experience supervising a small team.
Minimum of 2 years’ AutoCAD experience.
PVSol or equivalent would be advantageous but not essential.
Electrical/Solar PV knowledge would be advantageous but not essential.
Organised and the ability to prioritise several projects.
