We are seeking someone to join First International Bank & Trust as our
Digital Solutions Intern . In this role you will assist our Digital Solutions Strategist with a variety of different tasks related to Consumer and Business Online Banking. The ideal candidate for this position would be a student passionate about new technologies and business and is willing to work meaningful hours during the school year and potentially more during the summer.
This Internship would be
In-Person .
Key Responsibilities:
Learn Consumer and Business Online Banking ServicesAssisting with digital support tickets, such as building online banking profiles, testing new features and functionalityAssist with the Business Online Banking conversion projectAssist in maintaining Digital First Certification program materialsMigrating of business online documents from a shared drive to cold storageAssisting with daily Salesforce tasksParticipate in committee meetingsPerform various assignments to assist and support the Digital Banking Department in the overall daily operations of Online Banking effortsAssist with tasks involved with any current Digital Projects ongoingQualifications:
A student currently enrolled in an accredited university or collegiate program. Business, Communications or other applicable fields of study is preferred.Strong computer skills is preferred.Strong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
