WHAT TO EXPECT

Denver
office, you will report to the Business Analytics Manager and support the General Manager of Global Mobility (e.g., bikes and light electric vehicles). You will be responsible for reporting on Standard Sales Performance and other key metrics crucial to the success of our Personal Mobility Team. Additionally, you will collaborate regularly with Global Business Development Managers and staff to build, plan, and forecast information that will provide insights into areas for improvement and operational efficiencies, including the development of global tools. Consistently and accurately deliver key department metrics critical for success (Power BI & Tableau). Collaborate globally with key business leaders to manage team requirements and identify opportunities for improvement. Establish and implement standard performance metrics and reports using big data analytics to drive commercial sales productivity and performance. Develop, modify, and execute recurring reporting, ensuring the information is accurate and readily accessible to the commercial sales team and Business Heads. Create new metric incentive strategies, enhance team performance, and apply statistical modeling and other optimization methods for quantitative and qualitative data analysis. Assist in expanding system mapping tools to automate tracking and analysis of key metrics. Conduct project-based and ad-hoc business analysis, formulate senior management presentations, and perform data mining and visual storytelling. Support the development and deployment of departmental standard work and tools aimed at improving team efficiencies and reducing duplicate work. Contribute to special projects as needed for leadership and regional management teams. ABOUT YOU
3+ years of experience in sales operations and/or analytics. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. A curious intellect with strong analytical skills and experience in designing, executing, and integrating data from multiple sources to highlight actionable insights and recommendations. Ability to define business data requirements, gather and validate information, and apply statistical modeling and analysis, including regression analysis and predictive modeling. Experience consulting on data visualization techniques and developing enterprise dashboards for measuring, tracking, and executing on strategic goals and initiatives. Expertise and enthusiasm for creating reports and presentations from start to finish, leveraging trends, competitive analysis, and research to generate value-added recommendations. Strong attention to detail and capability in data mining structured data sets. Self-starter comfortable working in a matrix, project-oriented environment. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively with sales and finance teams. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Technical proficiency: Comfortable learning and using new tools with advanced skills in Excel, Smartsheet, Oracle R12, IBM Cognos, Tableau, and Power BI. Full-Time:
$72,000 - $95,000 Medical, Dental, Vision insurance and other voluntary benefit options: benefits begin on the first day of the month immediately following your date of hire Eligible for 3 weeks of paid vacation + 11 holidays (9 scheduled & 2 floating) + 8 sick days.
