This forward-thinking approach is bolstered by the support of our parent organization, Angelo Gordon, enabling us to develop new products.DescriptionThe Non-QM Account Executive will be responsible for the solicitation of new business from Correspondent lenders and Wholesale brokers, the development of existing relationships, and the creation of familiarity with all ArcHome products, policies, and procedures.

Essential Job FunctionsEarn volume and gain client approvals required to meet monthly and annual goals.Add value to the customer client base through thorough knowledge of ArcHome Loan’s products and underwriting guidelines – which include NQM, Conventional, FHA & VABe an ambassador for the company yet apply the professionalism of being an advocate of the client, where it is necessary.Confer and include management on client issues.Facilitate the prospective client’s completion of the client application for delivery to and approval by Arc HomeParticipate in the client account assessment and approval process.Answer client questions and respond to all client e-mails, texts, and phone calls in a timely manner.Assess training needs of each client and independently administer to those client needs.Commit to visit

and/or prospects weekly while independently managing one’s work schedule to maximize productive time with prospective and active clients.On-going training and repetition of training and presentation to ensure an acceptable cadence of production.Maintain contact with client base daily to solicit new business and facilitate pipeline progress.

Position Qualifications (Education and/or Experience and Skills)

High school diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred.Minimum of five years of experience in mortgage sales with a history of success in the mortgage industryMust possess solid understanding of wholesale and correspondent loan origination, underwriting processes and procedures, and mortgage industry standards.Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills essential along with strong presentation skillsProfessional demeanor to effectively interact with all company and client personnel.Strong mindfulness with ability to efficiently and consistently produce accurate work and manage time.Extraordinary commitment to customer service with excellent client relations skillsAnalytical ability with an aptitude for figures and calculations as necessaryAbility to conduct virtual meetings and trainings.Diligent and enthusiastic about delivering a high-quality product.Account Executives are required to maintain a valid driver’s license, car insurance, and a clean driving record.
