This leadership position is responsible for overseeing all payroll operations, including ensuring compliance with tax regulations, financial requirements, and safeguarding personally identifiable information (PII). The Payroll Director will drive continuous improvement in payroll processes to enhance the caregiver experience and support the functional infrastructure. As a part of the Total Rewards team, this role reports to the Executive Director, HR Operations.Exceptional Skills and QualificationsApplicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving.5 (five) or more years of
managerial experience
