Our team works on the tooling, policies, data, measurement, and developer/end-user features around safety, partnering with other teams across the company.You will:Define and measure what determines safety and civility across the Roblox platformBuild automated systems to streamline customer service and moderationBuild custom tooling for moderation, customer support, and ML labeling that will be used by Roblox staff and our developer communityCreate simple-to-use and effective abuse reporting and management flowsEducate and guide end users to behave with civility and respectMaintain features to support privacy and compliance requirements globallyYou have:10+ years of Product Management experience including leadership experience with a track record of inspiring a team of product managersPassion for defining industry best practices and standards for online safetyExperience with features involving user-generated contentIf you are interested in shaping the future of what safety means in immersive 3D worlds, come join us!Compensation and Benefits
For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
