About the Role
The Sample Coordinator is responsible for all in-bound and out-bound sample management activities within the Photo Studio.
What You'll Do
Responsible for processing and managing multiple sample assortments for online photo studio usingFilemakerPro database.Responsible for checking-in, generating barcode labels and conducting preliminary data accuracy check for merchandise samples.Organize merchandise in preparation for seasonal photo shoots; cross-reference incoming samples against shot request data and highlight variances; track merchandise samples for various shoots simultaneously;Understand multi-brand photography pipelines and ensure sample-related milestones are met; prioritize work accordingly.Identify and resolve sample variances with cross-functional business partners; communicate specific variances that may impact photography.Partner with Assistant Account Managers to communicate shot prioritization and enable process efficiencies.Publish sample exception reports and partner with Brand Sample Coordinators to obtain sample ETAs; report data to Account Management team; resolve outstanding sample issues.

Hourly Range: $21.40 - $26.80 USDEmployee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
