Job Title : Senior Organizational Change Management LeadDepartment : Corporate ITReports To : Sr. Director, Digital and IT Portfolio ManagementJob Location : Milwaukee, WI or Rosemont, IL (Hybrid 3 days onsite per week)This position does not qualify for visa sponsorship.Job Description :We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Manager to join the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office. The successful candidate will create and drive digital and IT change management solutions, including ERP systems, across Regal Rexnord globally. The change management lead will be responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and processes and enhance project outcomes.Responsibilities :Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities.Lead and implement change management strategies in business processes, systems, technologies, and ERP implementations.Develop plans that maximize user adoption and usage of required changes, including designing, developing, delivering, and managing key communications.Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.Design and deliver training programs to support change initiatives.Develop project strategies & plans, including stakeholder assessment, communications, leadership alignment, organization transition, change readiness, capability transfer, and end-user training.Identify and manage anticipated resistance to change.Coach senior leaders and executives to fulfill the role of change management sponsors and support managers and supervisors as they help their teams through transitions.Develop, execute, and integrate change management activities into project plans.Track and report on the effectiveness of change management efforts.Lead/facilitate meetings and activities with cross-functional team members and stakeholders.Qualifications :Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is preferred.Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Organizational Development, Psychology or a related field.8+ years of proven experience in change management, project management, preferably in a digital and IT environment.Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively at all levels in an organization and in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts is a plus.ERP implementation experience preferred.Skills :Change managementProject managementCommunicationCoaching and mentoringStakeholder managementTraining and developmentProblem-solvingAnalytical skillsBenefits :Medical, Dental, Vision and Prescription Drug CoverageSpending accounts (HSA, Health Care FSA and Dependent Care FSA)Paid Time Off and Holidays401k Retirement Plan with Matching Employer ContributionsLife and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) InsurancePaid LeavesTuition AssistanceAbout Regal Rexnord :Regal Rexnord is a $6.5B publicly held global industrial manufacturer with 30,000 associates around the world who help create a better tomorrow by providing sustainable solutions that power, transmit and control motion.
