Job Title:Senior Organizational Change Management Lead

Reports To:Sr. Director, Digital and IT Portfolio Management

Job Location:Milwaukee, WI or Rosemont, IL (Hybrid 3 days onsite per week)

Job Description:The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead will be responsible for driving and managing change initiatives across the organization. This role will focus on the people aspect of change, including changes to business processes, systems, and technology. The OCM Lead will work closely with project teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure successful adoption and implementation of change initiatives, thereby enhancing project outcomes.

As the role progresses, this role will evolve to become the primary communicator for change management initiatives both internally and externally with customers such as distributors and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), covering both business and customer interaction.

Responsibilities:

Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities.

Lead and implement change management strategies in business processes, systems, technologies, and ERP implementations.

Develop plans that maximize user adoption and usage of required changes, including designing, developing, delivering, and managing key communications.

Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.

Design and deliver training programs to support change initiatives.

Develop project strategies & plans, including stakeholder assessment, communications, leadership alignment, organization transition, change readiness, capability transfer, and end-user training.

Identify and manage anticipated resistance to change.

Coach senior leaders and executives to fulfill the role of change management sponsors and support managers and supervisors as they help their teams through transitions.

Develop, execute, and integrate change management activities into project plans.

Track and report on the effectiveness of change management efforts.

Lead/facilitate meetings and activities with cross-functional team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is preferred.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Organizational Development, Psychology or a related field.

8+ years of proven experience in change management, project management, preferably in a digital and IT environment.

Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively at all levels in an organization and in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts is a plus.

ERP implementation experience preferred.
