The

Head of Business Office

will be a strategic partner to the President of BitGo Trust Company, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office. This role involves overseeing a range of functions, including strategic planning, operational support, and project management. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the crypto and financial services industries, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the President to develop and execute strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. Provide critical insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes.

Managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.

Works closely and effectively with the President to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. Acts as a "barometer," having a sense for the issues taking place in the environment and keeping the President updated.

Lead and manage special projects and initiatives as directed by the President. Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.

Act as a point of contact between the President and senior leadership, board members, clients, and other key stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across the organization.

Work directly with the Chief Financial Officer to assist in Trust budget management and financial planning for the President's office. Monitor expenditures and prepare financial reports as needed.

Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications:

Experience:

3-5 years of experience in a similar or business management role, preferably within the financial services or crypto industry.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Industry Knowledge:

Strong understanding of the crypto industry, digital assets, and financial services. Experience in a similar role within the crypto space is highly desirable.

Skills:

Exceptional organizational and project management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior executives, clients, and stakeholders.

Leadership:

Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and influence a high-performing team.

Adaptability:

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities with ease.
