As the Key Account Manager, you will provide comprehensive support to key customers, with regards to spares, shipset installations, warranty team support, schedule management and order processing.Key Responsibilities
Manage the aftermarket sales function – specifically spares sales and distributionManage and develop aftermarket sales opportunities within managed accountsResponsible for the delivery of monthly/annual spares/aftermarket sales targets and forecastingContribute to the wider sales forecastManage shipset orders and schedules both internally and directly with the customerDevelop and pursue new business within the key account networkSupport the delivery of major programmes – to be directly involved with relevant key accounts from point of sale to delivery and through life supportThe position will involve global travel to support direct customer meetingsTo be successful in this position you will have/be:
Degree or equivalent and 5 years or more experience in managing customers/programmes in the aerospace seating sectorExtensive knowledge of the aerospace industryProven background in direct customer-facing roles within the aerospace sectorDemonstration of commercial acumen and ability to foster value-adding relationshipsStrong presentation and negotiation skillsOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to work as part and lead a teamEmbrace/embody Acro valuesThe Parent Company of ACRO Aircraft seating is Zhejiang Tiancheng Controls Co., Ltd headquartered in China.
