Poolside paradise meets city sleek under the Miami sun. Above the trendy Brickell Avenue – find the best of both big city adventure and a tropical getaway. Four Seasons Hotel Miami is an urban oasis nestled in the residential side of Brickell surrounded by Miami’s favorite neighborhoods.
The Opportunity:
Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees in the Hotel’s Room Service Department to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met. Work closely with the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to design effective menu and amenity options while ensuring excellent product quality at a fair price.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent experience is required.
1-2 years food and beverage experience in a high volume upscale environment.
Requires a working knowledge of division operations and core standards, policies, and standard operating procedures.
Through knowledge of service, cost control in F&B, labor controls, menu writing, maintenance, merchandising and accounting.
Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
Must have a strong Food and beverage knowledge.
