Manager, Corporate F&B Operations

Our Corporate Food and Beverage Team is growing, and we have an exciting opening for a Manager, Corporate F&B Operations to join our Global Team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for focusing on providing global project management for the Food and Beverage teams and Senior Vice President, Food and Beverage. The duties and responsibilities span a wide range of project management activities requiring a candidate who is flexible, cooperative, and receptive to challenges. A positive and professional attitude is necessary.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Manage Global F&B Projects

Manage and update regular reporting with project information. Update, analyze, and distribute reports. Hold stakeholders accountable to deadlines and other key milestones as necessary to keep projects on track – report exceptions to leadership as necessary (Gatekeeping).

Collaborate and liaise with Commercial, Insights and F&B stakeholders on Strategic Plan initiatives and project work.

Coordinate Licensing Partner/consultant meetings, performance reports and follow up action plans.

Serve as the primary point of contact for all Brand level F&B contracts – e.g., Micros Symphony, Open Table, Ecolab, Avero, Coca-Cola, Pellegrino, Lavazza, IMI etc. – work with legal and IT on pricing and contract negotiations as required.

Prepare meeting agendas and general minutes of all F&B meetings and distribute Manage content updates as required for all F&B platforms on Sharepoint and iConnect.

Assist F&B team with updating digital content on enterprise-level platforms.

Act as liaison between VP’s of F&B as necessary for project management feedback.

Maintain PQG Scorecard for R&B/F&B and facilitate summary feedback for leadership.

Attend interdepartmental meetings as needed in the absence of F&B team representation.

Work with IT department to develop core requirements for key R&B/F&B projects and initiatives.

Support new opening task force as requested by SVP F&B and VP’s F&B.

Other Responsibilities

Prepare project updates, and process reports, and present to key stakeholders as required.

Draft emails and other correspondence as needed for distribution to colleagues, field leadership, owners, and other key stakeholders.

Prepare pre-travel information packages and handle on-ground coordination with meeting participants as needed.

Complete expense reports and validate reimbursements as needed.

Allocate invoices (consultant, project expenses).

Research information on requests to facilitate response to non-routine matters.

Create and maintain file system and reference libraries for all responsible projects.

Preparing and providing materials in advance of meetings, conference calls, trips, etc.

Set up for meetings, room reservations, catering, etc.

Ability to create professional presentations for business meetings.

What You Bring:

Minimum secondary school diploma; four-years bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience with managing Brand level projects for a hospitality or development company.

5+ years management experience, experience in Food and Beverage operations preferred.

Key Skills:

Exceptional analytical skills.

Proficiency with MS teams platform, and Office 365.

Proficiency with MS Project or other project software.

Excellent grammar and spelling skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude toward teamwork.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle several projects/deadlines.

Great team player, but able to work independently with some degree of ambiguity.

Fostering collaboration with internal stakeholders and liaison with developers, owners, and consultants on a regular basis.

This role will be a Hybrid working model, which will require 3 days per week in the Miami Four Seasons Corporate Office located at 1441 Brickell Avenue, Suite 1007, Miami, Florida. #LI-Hybrid
