Western University of Health Sciences seeks a distinguished and experienced leader who deeply values the Institution’s unique commitment to health sciences education and is driven to foster a top-tier environment for teaching and learning. Reporting directly to the Provost and a key member of the WesternU Leadership Team, the VPEM will play a pivotal role with broad strategic duties, spearheading substantial leadership and collaboration within the division. The ideal candidate must bring extensive experience in senior management and a demonstrated track record of success in managing graduate program enrollment.

The estimated salary compensation for the position is $250,000. WesternU has provided this figure which represents its good faith estimate of what the University reasonably expects to pay for the position. The final salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors including (but not limited to) the experience and qualifications of the selected candidate – including equivalent years in rank, training, and field or discipline; internal equity; and external market pay for comparable positions.
