As a general management consultant on our team, you'll develop an overall picture of your client's current structure, day-to-day operations, and outcomes in a manner that they may not have thought of before.On our team, you'll use discussions and workshops with stakeholders and team members to identify the elements that work best in their environment and the areas for improvement. Experience with creating technical requirements to improve business processes and develop solutions leveraging the software development life cycle
Experience working in cross-functional, Agile teams to design large-scale digital solutions that meet business objectives
Experience with using Microsoft Office Suite of tools
Experience working collaboratively with team members, clients, and stakeholders
Ability to break down complex problems, identify dependencies and constraints, resolve conflicts, and prioritize needs
Ability to quickly grasp new concepts, comprehend the intent of a client's needs, and help shape and form the solution by leveraging team capabilities
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:1+ years of experience as a Product Owner
1+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
Experience with using Jira and Confluence for Agile development, or related tools
Possession of excellent documentation, organization, interpersonal, and analytical skills
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possession of excellent client-facing or consulting skills
Master's degree
Agile certification

The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
