Business Financial Manager, Mid

Key Role:Support a fast-paced, innovation-focused organization in managing the full life cycle of large-scale Research and Development

( R & D ) efforts. Become part of a cross-functional team working to shape, solicit, procure, and execute complex programs. Apply advanced program and project management expertise by constructing project plans and coordinating program meetings for the client. Provide analysis for

budget ing and finan cia l execution functions, including program

budget creation, forecasting, and active execution tracking, drafting funding documents, and creating briefings and reports to keep the clients fully apprised of program finan cia ls and deliverable progress. Use the client's finan cia l management system to support procurement activities. Coordinate with Contracting Officers and Contracting Officer Representatives for the creation and coordination of acquisition funding documents, including preparing, coordinating, and evaluating federal funding solicitations. Apply advanced consulting expertise through document creation and administrative and logistical coordination, including managing the federal client's calendar and scheduling travel on their behalf. Analyze innovative solutions to complex problems and executeindependently in a fast-paced environment directly with Government Program Managers and other federal clients.Basic Qualifications:5+ years of experience with analyzing federal government

budget ing and finan cia l management

2+ years of experience with providing analysis and support to federal R & D projects

2+ years of experience with Cooperative Agreements or Tra nsa ction Agreements

Experience with programs, including analyzing

budget and schedule creation and tracking finan cia l commitments, obligations, and expenditures

Experience with analyzing schedule,

budget , and program risks in a fast-paced environment

Experience with new program acquisition, solicitations, and contracting actions

Ability to multi-task and prioritize efforts

Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements

Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:2+ years of experience with an Advanced Research Projects agency

Experience in working with government finan cia l systems

Experience with generating funding documents

Ability to exhibit flexibility, adaptability, and a team orientation

Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills

Public Trust

Master's degree

The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
