Assign and coordinate jobs with the production crew, keeping the General/Operations Manager and Owner updated on all aspects of production. Supervise scheduling, coordination requirements for the job, completing job files and monitoring jobs from start to completion. Completing documentation in a timely manner and maintaining production costs at the established rate. Our Production Managers take pride in going above and beyond customer expectations in their times of need by providing a world-class level of service which sets us apart from our competitors in the industry.Responsibilities:Managing Customer Satisfaction and representing the brandEffectively oversee all aspects of the production processes and customers’ needsIdentifying areas for improvement and managing relationships with centers of influenceManaging production, pricing schedules, estimate details & coordinating with GM/OwnerLeaving jobsites with an orderly appearance and follow uniform and policy guidelinesCommunicating and managing customer concerns with GM/Owner effectivelyMaintaining cleanliness of products and equipment to the highest standardEnsure clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor, and fellow techniciansQualifications:Experience in equipment, asset, and financial management.Understanding of safety guidelines and ability to manage them on site and while traveling.Aptitude with record keeping, recording information, and communicating ‘the message’Ability to identify areas of opportunity among teammates, coaching for growth.Strength in team building and establishing lasting relationships with clients and teammates.IICRC Certified and proficiency in MICA, Xactimate, claims connect or other related applications.Compensation: $54,800.00 - $75,000.00 per yearWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.“We Build Careers”
