The Certified Diabetes Educator will:Be a positive contributor to our collaborative nursing teamUtilize excellent assessment skills to determine the health status of assigned patients as outlined in the Nursing StandardsEnsure all procedures are performed based on established Standards of CareAdminister medications and parenteral therapies in accordance with policyMeticulously document all aspects of patient care
Additional details:Must be a Certified Diabetes EducatorMonday - Friday day shiftNo weekends or holidays
Requirements:
Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New JerseyBLS Certification required, as approved by the American Heart Association
