We're looking for a Business Development Territory Manager who thrives in challenging situations, enjoys building relationships, and excels at multitasking. Position Overview: As a Business Development Territory Manager, you'll play a crucial role in promoting and selling our franchise services in your assigned territory. You'll have the opportunity to grow our commercial customer base by cultivating relationships and showcasing the benefits of SERVPRO® services. This role involves strategic business development, relationship building, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Achieve or exceed sales goals by executing the sales cycle, setting appointments, and maintaining contact lists.

Educate commercial customers on the benefits of our services, including our Emergency Ready Plan.

Build and maintain relationships with key commercial contacts and influencers.

Provide accurate job estimates and oversee project scope and service delivery.

Monitor and follow up on jobs to ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat business.

Actively participate in marketing, networking events, and continuing education opportunities.

Conduct daily marketing contacts to drive business growth and referrals.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2+ years of business-to-business sales experience.

Experience in commercial sales and marketing preferred.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Results-driven with a focus on customer service excellence.

Knowledge of business software and technology.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience preferred.

Background check required per applicable law.
