Esthetics License The General Manager is responsible for meeting or exceeding FACE FOUNDRIÉ goals through staff recruiting, training, and service and product sales. A General Manager is responsible for creating an environment that exceeds standards of excellence in guest services, client retention, employee development, and local marketing efforts. The General Manager reports to the owner(s) and serves as the primary contact for all salon personnel. Your skills, experience, and talents as a Manager will be essential to lead by example. Salon Manager Responsibilities:

Demonstrates high standards in customer service. Meets financial metrics including service revenue, average ticket, guest count, guest retention, rebooking, and retail revenue (if servicing clients). Identifies opportunities for growth such as staffing, scheduling, and coaching. Responsible for performing services on guests and leading by example. Responsible for the management of all personnel including (but not limited to) recruitment, training, product knowledge, loss prevention, performance management, safety, and legal compliance. Leads through teaching employees and growing their productivity, has a clear vision of individual, team, and/or personal goals. Has coaching and mentoring skills and can verbalize steps to achieve those goals. Confident in coaching and mentoring their team. Responsible for identifying the professional development needed for each staff member. Ensures all technical service and product training classes are attended. Conducts reviews for all staff members. Responsible for stores inventory, working closely with the inventory specialists. Conducts verbal and technical interviews, able to identify appropriate talents needed for salon growth. Assists with social media and marketing events. Helps forecast sales, growth trajectories, and expansion plans. Job Types:

One year of Salon Manager experience is preferred.
