?POSITION: General Manager RetailEXPERIENCE:•

Home Improvement Management Experience is a MUST in the Window/Home Improvement Industry!QUALIFICATIONS• 5-10 years of Management Experience in the Home Improvement/Window Industry• Experience with Managing all aspects of a Home Improvement company including sales, and the installation of windows and doors• You MUST be able to manage hiring, training, and installation on a regional basisESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Manage hiring, training, and installation departments regionally• Conduct weekly meetings• Develop weekly/monthly & quarterly reports• Create Quarterly and annual forecasting and budgeting to Grow our Sales
