Peninsula Montessori Academy is seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Director with Montessori experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing high-quality education to young children and fostering a nurturing and engaging learning environment.Responsibilities:

Plan and implement a developmentally appropriate Montessori curriculum for children ages 1-6 years.Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and independent learning.Observe and assess each child's progress and provide individualized support and guidance.Foster a love of learning through hands-on activities, creative play, and interactive lessons.Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other staff members to support each child's development and well-being.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of each child's development and learning progress.Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in early childhood education and Montessori methodologies.Ensure compliance with all state and local regulations and standards for early childhood education.Qualifications:

Montessori certification (AMS, AMI, or equivalent) is highly preferred.EEC director certification is required.Strong understanding of child development principles and early childhood education best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.Passion for working with young children and supporting their growth and development.Benefits:
