Position OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Investment Director to lead our fundraising initiatives and manage our capital strategy. This role offers the unique opportunity to drive the growth of cutting-edge sustainable energy technologies on a global scale.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies for EX Venture and Zero-XLead efforts to secure investment from private and institutional investorsManage and optimize our portfolio of government funds and grantsDrive the process for a significant upcoming funding roundOversee a team of international interns with finance backgroundsCollaborate with executive leadership to align funding strategies with company goalsIdentify and cultivate relationships with potential investors and strategic partnersPrepare and present compelling investment materials and financial projections
QualificationsProven track record in startup fundraising, preferably in the tech or energy sectorsExtensive experience in managing government funding and grantsStrong network of investor contacts in relevant industriesExcellence in financial modeling, valuation, and pitch deck creationOutstanding leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a diverse teamExcellent communication skills, adept at presenting to high-level stakeholdersStrategic thinker with the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environmentsMBA or equivalent advanced degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
