Compliance Administrator.Job DutiesThe Assistant Director ensures effective team operations and overall office compliance by providing day-to-day oversight of the
NCAA
Compliance Administrator, conducting regulatory assessments, performing quality assurance reviews, liaising with auditors and related entities, training and assessing staff’s compliance knowledge, researching issues, and developing and collaboratively implementing corrective action plans to facilitate effective and compliant business operations. This individual is to effectively provide innovative approaches to the challenges faced by Financial Aid and Scholarships, execute proactive planning, manage the team, ensure efficient and compliant operations, and conduct job-related research.Additional Information to ApplicantsFlexible schedules available, including part-time remote and four-day work weeks.
