www.danielshealth.comAn exciting position has become available for a Senior Mergers and Acquisition Analyst to join our team based in Downtown Chicago. We are looking for a future leader who wants to grow their career in a dynamic growing healthcare organization. This is a HYBRID role- 3 days per week in the office.Key Responsibilities:
Mergers & Acquisitions
– actively participate in end-to-end M&A processes, from direct sourcing of acquisition targets all the way through financial modeling, due diligence, negotiations, and close.Integration
– key player in pre- and post-close integration planning across all corporate functions, liaise with senior leadership team and their direct reports for strategy planning and execution.Reporting
– prepare investment memoranda and quality of earnings reports to be presented to senior leadership team and Board of Directors.Strategic Finance
– contribute to commercial analyses for non-M&A opportunities, financing projects, commercial negotiations, strategic mandates, etc.Research
– develop market research mapping, competitive business intelligence, understand landscape across core market and adjacencies.Other Support
– assist across large corporate projects and other related mandates as they arise.Experience, Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree Required in Accounting, Finance, Economics or another related field3 – 5 years of experience in a M&A, Corporate Development or Financial Analysis roleExceptional attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAdvanced financial modeling skillsOrganized and works well in a team environmentOpen to domestic travel up to 15%Why work for Daniels?
