The VP of Finance will play a fundamental role in shaping the financial strategy and direction of Lincoln County Credit Union. This position requires a forward-thinking leader with a strong background in finance and a passion for community-oriented service.The ideal candidate for Lincoln County Credit Union should possess strong accounting skills, particularly in Asset Liability Management (ALM) and Current Expected Credit Loss (CECL). While experience with nCino software is advantageous, it is not required as it can be learned on the job.The Vice President of Finance should be collaborative and adaptable, with a focus on fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. This candidate should possess exceptional communication skills, allowing them to engage effectively with the management team and contribute to the generation of innovative ideas. They should be open-minded and approachable, valuing diverse perspectives and working well with others to achieve common goals.
